We are making a difference, and it's because of YOU!

The Convoy was a huge success! We had fantastic weather and a great turn out. Thanks to all for participation, attendance & support:
• 23 registred transport trucks
• 3 fire trucks
• 14 CAV Motorcycle crew
• 24 Volunteers
• Best decorated truck was awarded to Tim Betts & Melissa Strong driving a Sunbury unit
• 1st runner up was awarded to Brent Macleod
• 2nd runner up was awarded to Kyle Rogers driving an Morley Annoar unit
• Best dressed person / Team was awarded to Kevin Blackman & his team driving an Armour unit
• 1st runner up was awarded to Gino Savard driving a Kenworth from Bayview trucks

The Pledges & registrations brought in more than $7000 (almost $1000 left to collect):
• Sheila Williams was the highest pledge earner with more than $1050
• Young 10yr old Michaela Theriault was celebrated for raising more than $600 in less than a week

Our product/pin sales were $500 plus.
The Silent and live auctions were fun and brought in close to $3500.
The Ambulance NB Volunteers; Elaine & Sue were the winners of the 50/50 in Aulac & graciously donated the funds of $129 back to the Convoy.
Our Bar-B-Q proceeds will be reported on Monday as the Scotia bank team left with the proceeds in order to provide a cheque 'doubling' the donations.

There are a few more sponsor cheques to receive from friends, family & corporations, but we should have final numbers by the beginning of October ─ we are hopeful for about $24,000 total raised.

Thanks again for all the support, we look forward to advancing the proceeds.
